This is a deposit agreement to reserve a puppy within the standard of agreed gender and color and is non-refundable. This $200.00 dollar pre-deposit will be applied to the total price of the puppy ($3000.00). Along with an additional Hold Deposit of HALF the remaining price to be sent in once the puppy is born.
Please keep in mind that although we may plan our litters based on past heat cycles and anticipated coming heat cycles, we are still at the mercy of Mother Nature. Heats can be delayed, breedings do not always take, and miscarriages are rare but can happen. These are all things that are out of our control and can impact our waiting list. Please understand you are not the only person on our waitlist, and we can’t control the number of puppies or their sexes in any litter. Please be aware that we also have to consider our breeding program, so that means that we will occasionally keep girls back for some litters for ourselves. We aren’t trying to be difficult or mean or make you wait longer, but we do have to plan ahead, factoring in girls that will be retired.
